Relaxation

A Swedish massage used to access the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the bodies' tension to flow and ebb, allowing the individual experience total relaxation and a prevailing sense of ease.

Use to warm the underlying tissues enhancing the therapist's access to the same underlying tissues without excessive force or pressure.

Shiatsu

An Oriental form utilizing pressure points and gentle rocking motions to aid the client acquire a sense of well-being and relaxation while receiving therapeutic relief.

Reflexology

Using points in the hands and feet to access various organs and soft tissues indirectly via the nervous system. This modality can be used to access areas of the body that are too sensitive for direct massage pressure applications.

Chair Massage

Often called On-Site massage. It is taken into the workplace to facilitate a quick rejuvenating massage that increases mind alertness, decreases absenteeism, and promotes better morale in the work place. A wonderful gift to a coworker or employee, or employer!

Pregnancy/Infant                    (Demonstration of Pregnancy massage.)

Is used to help a mother before, during, and after delivery to help eliminate back stress and other related problems that are common during all three phases.

Infant massage has been shown to help infants with colic, eating disorders and sleeplessness through the use of different massage techniques and strokes on the child.
